Tough Decisions?

There are 7 Steps in the decision making process.

  1. Identify the decision

  2. Gather information

  3. Identify alternatives

  4. Weigh the facts

  5. Choose one of the alternatives

  6. Take ACTION

  7. Review the decision

Many decisions for Amelia Earhart to consider and put into action, were life changing. In 1932, Amelia Earhart took off from Newfoundland, Canada. In just fifteen hours she became the first woman to fly alone across the Atlantic Ocean, landing in a cow pasture in Northern Ireland. In 1935, Earhart went on to be the first person to fly solo across the Pacific as well, taking off in Honolulu and landing in Oakland, Ca. She is known to have set at least five women's speed and distance flying records.

Once we go through the process and decide to move forward in our business, the world opens up for us.

The decisions we made and actions we took 5 years ago, lead us to where we are today.

How can we change our course and take action towards our success over the next 5 years?

Consider, what do we want for our future? Success, if that is your answer, what does that look like for you? Will you start that new business, increase your production, add employees, break industry records, gain the awards you desire, or increase your income? Perhaps you will join the 6 Figure Club?
